Lingoci tutors come from many different countries but they share a lot in common. They’re talented, friendly and reliable people. If you have an issue or a question, before contacting us we suggest looking at our FAQs (for rescheduling or cancelling a lesson, see here). If you need to contact your tutor, you can do so via Skype or email.
Our support hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am-6.30pm (European time). During these hours, our average response time is 2 hours. If you are contacting us outside of these hours or during public holidays, it will usually take us longer to respond.
